Mr. Jordan joined the Firm in 2007 and practices in the areas of toxic torts, products liability and commercial litigation. Like all of our attorneys, Mr. Jordan regularly defends American railroads in courts across the Southeast against industrial exposure claims brought under the Federal Employers Liability Act. He also represents other companies in the transportation industry in a variety of business and personal injury disputes. Mr. Jordan is also active in our Firm’s appellate practice and has experience litigating in appellate courts in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Maryland. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Jordan practiced business litigation for four years at a large Atlanta law firm.
