Our Practice
We are a litigation boutique. Randy Jordan, the Firm’s founder and principal, began trying cases on behalf of railroad companies over 25 years ago. For many years since, he and the lawyers practicing with him have specialized in cases involving toxic torts and occupational exposure. Today our firm is national trial counsel for the asbestos litigation of two Class I railroads. We also represent other transportation companies in a variety of tort-related matters. In recent years, we have tried cases in state and federal courts across the Southeastern U.S. and we routinely litigate as far west as Nebraska and Texas. We also represent companies and individuals in a variety of business related disputes in our local state and federal courts.
